This shop has a nostalgic feel to it with a local vibe. Run by a husband and wife team, the shoyu-based soup is tonkotsu and vegetable based, with noodles supplied by Shinmura Seimen. Some customers order extra shoyu tare for 50 yen which adds a salty punch. The standard Chūka Soba costs just 480 yen. Open over 30 years.
