Recommended bowl: Car dealership ramen
Katsumi Yoshida-san runs the Hot Air Corporation car dealership and repair shop, open since 2002. In 2012, he decided to start serving ramen, and in 2015, the ramen shop next to the dealership officially opened. The main draw on the menu is the shio ramen, made with a clear soup of chicken and some niboshi. The shio tare contains rock salt, sea salt and seaweed salt. Each bowl also contains brandy, chicken oil and rice vinegar. No MSG. Noodles are supplied by Teigaku, based in Kyoto. Now one of the most famous ramen destinations in Tottori Prefecture. Lunch only, 11:15am-2pm.
