Recommended bowl: Yakumo-inspired

Yamato's menu is based on a clear soup using whole chickens, pork meat, kombu, katsuobushi, sababushi, sōdabushi and niboshi. Diners get the choice of kuro or shiro (black or white) dashi to pair with their soup. Ramen the recommendation, but tsukemen also popular. The shop's signature optional wontons are pork or shrimp and the chashumen is often ordered as well. The noodles contain whole wheat made by Kanno Seimen. The master trained at the famous shop Yakumo in Ikejiri-Ohashi, and the influence is easy to recognize. Open since 2017.
