Recommended bowl: Since 1947
This old-school Chinese restaurant has over 70 different dishes on the menu. The most recommended items are actually not the ramen but the cha-han (fried rice) and gyoza. There are ten different kinds of cha-han on the menu alone. For ramen, the Ebi Shio Soba is a solid choice, done Chūka style in wok with a clear pork/chicken soup, pork back fat, topped with shrimp and veggies. Almost every dish is cooked in a wok. Family run neighborhood shop, run by master Aoyagi-san. Open since 1947.
