Recommended bowl: Legendary niboshi shop
High quality niboshi shoyu (and shio) ramen made with pork and fish based soup, and no MSG. Noodles are housemade. Originally opened by shop founder Ryoichi Sakamoto, it's now run by his son, Taketo Sakamoto. The original Sakamoto-san first served ramen from a street cart a few years before opening the first Take-chan shop in Jindaiji, Chofu in 1994. Eventually they moved to Yoyogi in 2004, before moving back to Chofu in 2009, located conveniently near the station. A solid bowl.
