Recommended bowl: Light complex soup

This shop serves a clear chicken, pork and fish based soup, with noodles supplied by the purveyor Kaikarou. Master Shibata-san trained at the shop Chabuya. Standard toppings like pork belly chashu, bamboo shoots and negi. Choice of shoyu or shio, also mazesoba (served without soup) available. Open since 2007.
