Recommended bowl: Oyster paitan
This shop serves new-school style unique bowls of ramen. The creamy seafood based soup is made from oysters, tai (sea bream) and soy milk, served cappuccino style whipped to a froth with a hand blender before being served. Noodles are supplied by Ohashi Seimen. Toppings include oysters and tobiko (flying fish roe). Master Saka-san was a chef of French cuisine for 14 years before opening a ramen shop. Since October 2019.
