Recommended bowl: Spicy Nibo Tsuke
Another branch belonging to the well-known INGS group, which runs a small arsenal of highly ranked ramen shops in Tokyo. The soup here is mainly pork and gyokai based, with plenty of niboshi. As with all shops in the group, noodles are provided by Kanno Seimen. The pork chashu is slow-temperature cooked and seasoned with black pepper. Ramen is the standard offering, with tsukemen and spicy tsukemen also recommended. Open since 2012.
