Recommended bowl: Buddhist spice power

The signature 'spice ramen' is made with an unforgettable rich soup containing red chili, sichuan peppercorns and various other Indian spices often used in curries. From the moment you walk in the door you will smell the spices. Noodles supplied by Kanezin. Toppings include bean sprouts, pork chashu, marinated eggs and cilantro, which can be optional or added in double and triple quantities. The master behind this shop trained at the famed spicy miso-tonkotsu shop Kikanbou in Kanda. Second branch in Akihabara open since 2019. The kanji characters in the shop name mean "Buddhist power.”
