Recommended bowl: Ginger is culture

This shop is a collaboration effort with two other ramen shops-- Kuwabara in Ikebukuro and Mannish in Kanda. The theme here is ginger, and each bowl contains at least five grams of fresh ginger sourced from Kochi prefecture. The soup is a clear chintan broth made using pork and katsuo, along with Camelia brand Dutch lard imported from Holland. Customers can choose between shoyu or shio tare. The recommended shoyu comes with soybean oil, tamari soy sauce and honey. Noodles are special ordered and made with a blend of five varieties of wheat flour from Hokkaido. Topped with chicken chashu. Open since 2018.
