Recommended bowl: Double soup tsukemen

Rich tonkotsu gyokai double soup combined with shoyu tare and housemade dipping noodles. The tonkotsu soup contains pork bones, chicken and vegetables, simmered for 12 hours. The gyokai soup contains five sea ingredients. Master Satō-san is from Fukushima prefecture and trained at the well known Mendokoro Honda in Higashi-Jūjō. Open since December 2012, with a second branch in Sakura Shinmachi, open since 2015.
