Recommended bowl: New shop, old style

The master here trained at the legendary Eifukucho Taishōken for six years before opening his own shop in September 2019. This is classic Tokyo Eifukucho Taishōken style, consisting of a clear pork and fish based soup, with shoyu tare and a large layer of lard. Options for large size, wontons, or raw egg served on the side for noodle dipping. New shop serving a nostalgic style.
