Recommended bowl: Chicken & niboshi
The umami-rich soup here is chicken and niboshi based, with noodles provided by the well-known Kanno Seimen. Ramen and tsukemen are both available, with tsukemen being the more popular choice amongst customers. Run by master Tsukidate-san, who trained at the Matsudo branch of Higashi-Ikebukuro Taishōken. Open since 2014.
