Cloudy white tonkotsu soup is made from pork bones that are boiled for 24 hours in order to remove any odor. Medium-thin low-hydration straight noodles are housemade using a custom noodle machine. Topped with slices of roasted pork chashu, boiled egg, bamboo shoots, green negi and nori.
Ramen Shibuhide is the Shibuya branch of ‘Ramen Hide,’ which has been located in Setagaya since 1994.
