A popular neighborhood shop serving Jiro inspired ramen, consisting of tonkotsu shoyu soup with house-made noodles. The master previously trained at Ramen Jiro in Kaminoge, a well respected branch of the infamous brand. At Jiro shops you can request any customizing of your bowl before it is served.
