Local shop in Uguisudani serving a rich chicken-tonkotsu-gyokai soup with shoyu tare. Noodles are supplied by Asakusa Kaikarō and customers can choose thick or thin (thin recommended). Miso and gyokai tsukemen also on the menu. Open 11am-Midnight, since 2007.
