This branch of Ramen Jiro is highly ranked amongst Jirorians, aka Ramen Jiro fans. Standard cloudy pork and soy sauce based soup with thick and wavy homemade noodles. The small size is bigger than the large size at most ramen shops, with first time customers not allowed to order anything other than small. Run by master Ishida-san, who has a direct connection to the Jiro Honten in Mita. No soup spoons, no napkins, no toothpicks. If you eat your ramen too slowly, the staff will ask you to eat faster.
