Recommended bowl: 6th Jiro branch
The sixth Jiro branch to open, since 1999. The master here trained at the flagship in Mita. Jiro style tonkotsu-shoyu soup, noodles house-made on the standard Ebisu brand machine. Extra veggies and garlic on call. When ordering large size you can choose from 520 to 1300 grams of noodles (not recommended). Amongst Jiro lovers, this is one of the lesser ranked branches.
