Recommended bowl: Jiro inspired paitan

This unsuspecting neighborhood shop specializes in tori paitan style chicken based ramen and tsukemen, served Jiro inspired. The first thing you will notice when you walk in are the various Medicom Be@brick toys and collectible figures on the counter. Decorations aside, the bowls come with Mikawaya Seimen noodles and are topped with minced chicken meat, pork chashu and bean sprouts. The master trained at the shop Miharu (produced by Watanabe) in Ebisu. Not a famous shop, but usually filled with loyal regular customers. Ramen and tsukemen both recommended. Open since 2010.
