Susuru serves a rich chicken, pork and gyokai soup with Mikawaya Seimen noodles. Both ramen and tsukemen are available, served with fish powder. Master Ishino-san comes from ramen roots (he is the son of a Chinese restaurant owner/chef), but he worked as a salaryman for seven years before opening this popular spot in Gakugei-Daigaku, which happens to be open until 1am. They now have three shops in total in Tokyo.
