Recommended bowl: Rich, thick & spicy
Master Nakamura-san trained at Hishouken in Chiba and the spicy ramen chain Nakamoto, before opening this shop in 2006. Known for their 'kara kara uo' ramen or tsukemen, made with a rich double soup of tonkotsu, chicken and gyokai. The bowls of soup are topped with a notorious mound of chili powder that mixes into your bowl as you eat. Spicy and intense, and for some, addictive.
