のり味玉 ラーメン / Nori Ajitama Ramen / Menya Kuro — Meguro, Tokyo
Yokohama Iekei ramen consists of tonkotsu-shoyu soup, topped with a layer of chicken oil. Medium-thick straight noodles are supplied by Sakai Seimen. Topped with ajitama, sliced pork chashu, spinach, nori seaweed and extra Kujo negi from Kyoto. Free white rice on the side.
Menya Kuro is a sister store of the Yokohama Iekei ramen shop Musashiya in Shin-Nakano. Open 11am-2am every day. 14 seats. Since September 9th, 2005.
