One hundred percent halal Lanzhou style ramen made with a soup of beef bones, meat and ten different spices. The noodles are handmade and hand-pulled to order, with three different sizes of thickness to choose from. Topped with coriander, garlic leaves, house-made chili oil and sliced beef. This is the first and only ramen shop in Japan to be officially recognized and acknowledged by the Chinese government. Open since 2017.
