Recommended bowl: Since 1984

Smooth Hakata style tonkotsu, made from pork bones, chicken and vegetables. Thin straight noodles with options for kaedama, negi, sesame seeds, and wood ear mushrooms. There are a few different soup/tare choices and multiple ways to customize with toppings. Vegan ramen is also available. Seven branches in Tokyo, Akihabara flagship open since 1984. Kind of touristy, but some people love it.
