Recommended bowl: Pork & fish double soup
A well known shop within the Tokyo ramen scene, specializing in a double soup utilizing tonkotsu and gyokai. Ingredients include pork bones, Hongare Katsuobushi and Rishiri kombu, sourced from Rishiri island in northern Hokkaido. No MSG. Run by self-taught master Sakai-san, the shop was originally opened in Kudanshita in 2000, but then moved and reopened in Ichigaya in 2016. They also have a second brand located on Tokyo Station ramen street since 2015.
