Recommended bowl: Goemon style

The master of this shop trained at Goemon in nearby Hachioji, and like Goemon, this shop serves pure Hachioji style. Clear pork bone based shoyu soup, topped with diced onions. Many customers opt for extra onions (tamanegi mashi). Noodles ordered via Akaike Seimen, same as Goemon. The standard pork chashu is shoulder, but customers also have the choice to order belly. Open since 2011.
