Recommended bowl: Local wontonmen
This small family-run shop has a simple menu of just one type of shoyu soup, served with either wontons or in tsukemen form. The clear chintan broth is made from chicken carcasses and gyokai, which includes the use of niboshi. Noodles are ordered via Yamashō Shokuhin. Most customers order the house-recommended wontonmen. Open since 2001.
