Recommended bowl: Open 50+ years
An old school family-run shop, open for over 50 years. Various dishes on the menu, but for ramen the soup is shoyu-based and made from chicken carcasses. Toppings include chashu, menma and negi, with wontons being optional. Gyoza available but only two hours a day (3pm-5pm). A super local and authentic spot, the kind of place where all of the customers are regulars.
