Recommended bowl: 100% chicken
Opened in 2015 by master Ichikawa-san, who trained at the shops Menya Sou in Tokyo and Abe's in Shizuoka. There are multiple bowls on the menu here, with the most popular being niboshi ramen and the recommended being shoyu ramen. The soup base is a clear 100% chicken broth, with noodles ordered from Mikawaya Seimen. No MSG.
