Recommended bowl: Lobster or sablefish

Part of the Gonokami Seisakusho group which operates a handful of shops in Tokyo and a few overseas. The theme at all shops in the group is the prominent use of fish, most notably delectibles like shrimp, lobster and shellfish. The standard bowl at this branch is wholesome soup made from gindara (sablefish) and chicken, other popular options are available as well. The 'omāru ebi tomato tsukemen' comes in a rich soup comprised of vegetables and lobster heads imported from Canada. Early 2020, this shop has been run by manager Ishii-san, who splits his time between this shop and another popular one in the group, Gonokami Seisakujo in Shinjuku. All noodles are made at the company's central kitchen located in the west Tokyo city of Ōme. Open since 2013.
