Recommended bowl: Tantanmen & shochu

A small cozy shop in central Tokyo specializing in tantanmen, but with other ramen dishes on offer. The standard tantanmen comes with a fiery looking soup, but there is also an earthy soupless version available. Shoyu and shio ramen are on the menu as well, as is mazesoba. Shochu is available by the glass or the bottle, making this a good spot to enjoy a few drinks with a group if you can score one of the small tables.
