Recommended bowl: Gyokai style
The master here previously trained at the shop Watanabe in Takadanobaba, and Watanabe-san himself helped finalize the menu. Diners have the choice of a lighter soup or richer soup made from chickens, pork and katsuo, without the use of MSG. Noodles are provided by Mikawaya Seimen. Blackened inari sushi is the popular side dish. Open since January 31st, 2020.
