Recommended bowl: Former drillman
Master Takeda-san helped open this shop along with the head of the BASSO Drillman ramen group, Shinagawa-san, in December 2015. Originally the two were running the shop side-by-side, but Takeda-san eventually bought Shinagawa-san out and now runs the shop solo. The two remain good friends though, and Takeda-san continues to order fresh noodles daily from Shinagawa-san's shops. The main go-to on the menu here is the chūka soba, with shoyu tare and a mostly chicken-based soup (just a hint of pork). The tsukemen is also excellent, and don't sleep on the aburasoba either. Midway through your meal, feel free to add the chili spice and vinegar on the counter to liven up your bowl.
