Recommended bowl: Late night last resort

Long known as a late night option when all else fails. Azabu Ramen has been around since it first opened in 1999. They have gone on to expand to four branches total, all located in Minato-ku in or around the Azabu area. Tonkotsu shoyu soup with pork back fat, and wavy, medium thick noodles. Unlike many tonkotsu shops, the soup here does not smell, and there are various other options and customizations available. Free namuru (bean sprouts) also on tap. The original flagship closed in 2018, reopening in 2019, in a new location just 30 meters away from the original. The ramen won't win any awards, but when there are no other options, it gets the job done. Open 11am-5am.
