Recommended bowl: Lanzhou style

Open since December 2018, this spot specializes in Lanzhou style beef noodles. As is standard with this style, the hand-pulled noodles are made to order, and come in different thicknesses, from 5 mm to 5 cm in width. The soup is a fairly clear beef broth, topped with coriander, chili oil and various spices. A few different menu items available, including soup-less noodles. 100% Halal.
