Recommended bowl: Rotating menu
This new-school style shop is run by master Maeda-san, who graduated from the Yamato ramen school and also worked at a ramen shop in Yoyogi for seven years. From Tuesday to Saturday the menu consists of a shio ramen with shellfish soup and a shoyu ramen made with a soup using whole chickens. Sunday and Monday however, the menu changes to a niboshi soup. Noodles are house-made, using a Yamato noodle machine. Open since May 2018.
