Recommended bowl: Ochazuke ramen

Known by the name HuQu at night, this establishment also operates as an izakaya, first opened in Nihombashi in 2012. In 2019, it closed down, moving and reopening in Ōtsuka in February 2020. Since the reopening, now open for lunch only as ramen shop Ajiruku. The soup changes from week to week, usually a light chicken or niboshi, no MSG. Noodles are by Mikawaya Seimen. Toppings include pork and chicken chashu, lotus root and sprouts. The recommended set comes with ochazuke at the end, a rice bowl with chia seeds that you add to your remaining ramen soup. 11:30am-3pm.
