Recommended bowl: 6 types of fish

Specializing in niboshi soba, with a rich soup consisting of dried fish. The broth here is made using six types of fish-- ago, aji, saba and three kinds of niboshi. Noodles are supplied by the purveyor Murakami Asahi Seimen. Simple toppings of pork chashu, diced onions, bamboo shoots and spinach. The master previously worked at the shop Kissui in Ikebukuro. Open since 2016.
