Recommended bowl: Unique paitan
Master Sekikawa-san trained at multiple ramen shops for almost a decade before opening his own place. Three different main bowls are served here: ika-niboshi, tai-paitan and tsukemen. The tsukemen is a tonkotsu-gyokai soup. The ika-niboshi is a dried squid-based clear soup, and the tai-paitan is made from sea bream fish and chicken. The noodles are from Mirakami-Asashi Seimen. Unique bowls and an experienced master make this one worth checking out.
