Recommended bowl: 2-day soup

Master Kojima-san trained for 10+ years at a number of other ramen shops, including Mujaki in Jiyugaoka, Kugatsudo in Shibuya, Ishibashi in Minami-Asagaya and the MENSHO group. The soup is a clear broth made with chicken and gyokai, topped with chicken oil. It takes two days to make the soup. Noodles are ordered via the purveyor Kanno Seimen. Two varieties of shoyu in the tare, with shio also available. Open since November 2019.
