As the name suggests, this shop serves Nagaoka style ramen from Niigata Prefecture. The shoyu soup is pork based and served with ginger. Noodles are supplied by Murakami Asahi Seimen, with topping options like extra pork chashu. Run by the same company that runs the ramen chains Ichikoro and Yarō Ramen.
