Diners have choice of rich paitan soup made from chickens or clear niboshi. Medium thin straight noodles are from Kanezin Shokuhin. Topping options including extra diced onions recommended. Part of the Kohaku Group, now with four shops total. Hatsudai branch open since July, 2020.
