Recommended bowl: Daisen chickens

Shoyu based soup is made using special Daisen brand chickens, and the bowls are topped with rendered chicken oil. Noodles are ordered via Kanno Seimen. Part of the INGS ramen group, also running the successful shops Hayashida, Suzuran, Housenka, Hanayama and Rukawa. Toki Wa Men Nari open since February 2019.
