Recommended bowl: Mushroom focused

Master Akita-san trained at the ‘Shoku no Dōjo’ ramen school in Chiba, before opening his shop in Chiba prefecture in 2014. In 2017 he changed the entire menu, before closing and moving to the Tokyo suburb of Kanamachi, and reopening once again in June, 2019. The new menu has been completely revamped all over again, this time featuring a clear shoyu chintan soup made mostly from pork and chicken. Unique toppings like shimeji mushrooms, porcini mushroom sauce and whole peppercorns help elevate this bowl. Noodles are supplied by the purveyor Kyōya.
