Recommended bowl: Nara stamina style

Nara style stamina ramen, a local favorite in the region. Light tonkotsu soup, pork back fat, Doubanjiang, napa cabbage, garlic chives and garlic. Noodles are made in a company central kitchen. Owned by the Nakai Company, run by president Nakai-san. They operate 20 shops total, ten branches in Nara and ten more in the surrounding prefectures (Osaka, Hyōgo, Mie, Shiga). Original flagship open since 1980.
