Run by master Moriyama-san, who worked at another ramen shop for 10 years. He then trained at the famous Osaka ramenya Sōdaishō before opening his own place. There are a few options on the menu here, including rich and clear based soups. The tori paitan contains three varieties of chickens and chicken feet. Shoyu and shio ramen served with a clear broth that simmers for eight hours is also recommended. Noodles are house-made in the shop on a Yamato brand noodle machine using two types of flour.
