Recommended bowl: Housemade noodz
A fairly popular shop in Shizuoka City, known for both ramen and tsukemen. The soup base is made from chicken, pork bones and gyokai, with a choice of shoyu or shio tare. Options for niboshi, marudori (pure chicken) also available, as well as tsukemen. No MSG. Originally the noodles were supplied by Mikawaya Seimen, but now they are house-made. Before opening in its current location, the shop was operated as a street cart (yatai). Run by master Abe-san, who is known to keep the shop closed for business on any given day if he isn't happy with the quality of the soup. Open since 2012.
