Recommended bowl: Yukikaze connection

Opened in 2016, the master here previously worked as the manager of the famous Sapporo shop Yukikaze. The bowl consists of a cloudy double soup using pork and chicken. Noodles are special ordered and made locally. Yellow wavy egg noodles, standard pairing with Sapporo style miso ramen. Hours here are from 7pm to 5am.
