A noteworthy Saitama shop, known for tsukemen served with an extra rich soup. Super decadent tonkotsu gyokai is topped with fish powder along with optional shrimp-based spice mix on the side. Noodles are house-made at the shop every morning using wheat from Hokkaido and Saitama. Curry tsukemen and mazesoba also popular, as well as seasonal specials. Master Nakamura-san trained at Orenosora in Takadanobaba for five years. No photos of the kitchen or cooking process are allowed. Open since 2007, with a second branch located closer to Ōmiya Station.
