Recommended bowl: Rich shellfish soup
Rich shellfish based soup made with an oyster dashi, also containing chicken, pork and soy milk. Customers can choose between ramen or tsukemen, with noodles supplied by Kanno Seimen. The pork chashu is made using local pork from Sagamihara. Run by master Nagayama-san, who previously trained in French cuisine and wanted to create his own unique ramen style, which indeed he has. Rice bowls on the side. Ranked in the top 100 for East Japan on Tabelog for three consecutive years from 2017. Open since November 2014.
